First up this week is the mid-table Fantasy Football languisher, Dan Power. A virtual Gareth Southgate with his team of mediocre-performing journeymen, but when it comes to track selection he's Sir Danny Powerson with a cutting edge blend of old and new tracks skillfully assembled in a tactical awareness designed to win with style.

Next up is Sam Kay - a man who has been waiting patiently since Jan 3rd when we unfortunately had no sound system working that week [oh how times have changed] & scuppered his debut EC appearance. Here's what we put together for a PR that night & it's as true today as it was in January. First up is newcomer Sam Kay to Electric City but already making waves across Dublin over 2007. Sam dropped down some great mixes and it was time to get him down to stand on the other side of the decks. You can check out one of his mixes at:

Finishing up is Jemmy from Club Aztec in Liverpool. Inspired at a young age by Sashas magical sets in the late 90s in Ibiza, Jemmy took it upon himself to become part of the house music scene. Whilst other lads Jemmys age were listening to pop or cheesy bouncy house, he was listening to Global underground cds, old hacienda and Shellys tapes, a key part to Jemmys success at such a young age is that he was drawn to and learnt from the very best of dance music pioneers.

One of Jemmys first big gigs was playing the sunset session at legendary seafront bar Port, in Spain, were Pacha pre-parties took place. He has had numerous residencies in clubs since then, now holding five as well as guest djing for other nights and nightclubs such as Tribal Session @ Sankeys in Manchester and Bedrock in London. He has warmed up for and played alongside the likes of: Sasha, Derrick Carter, Danny Howells, Sander Kleinenberg, Desyn Massielo, Scarlett Etienne, Matthew Dear, Troy Pearce, Jimmy Van M, Guy Gerber, Ben Sims etc... the list goes on & on.

He has a residency and also helps run club Aztec. Aztec is one of Liverpool's most well respected underground nights putting on djs and live acts such as: Orbital, Sander Kleinenberg, Infusion, James Zabiela, Hernan Cattaneo, James Holden, King Unique, DJ Rolando etc and soon to be added to that list Barry Donovan and Dan Power when they play alongside Robert Hood, Recloose and Cilla Black next month. During the day Jemmy works full-time at world renowned 3 Beat records & next stop for Jemmy is plans of touring, studio work and huge nights to look forward to this year, so it looks like its going to be a busy one. All of this and still only 22, its safe to say Jemmy has a bright future remember the name you'll be hearing a lot more of it.
