    Hi,
    I am heading over to Amsterdam for 2 nights at the end of may, its me and 2 of my buddies and we would like to book an apartment. We are going over on a thursday and back saturday but most booking sites seem to either require a 3 night booking or else if you are staying on the Friday require that you take the rooms for the full weekend. Does anyone have any advice on decent places to stay apartments or hostels that can accomodate us???

    I've stayed at the Prins Hendrik hotel right beside Central station a few times. Not an apartment but great location and reasonably priced for slap bang in the centre. Never a problem with short stays.

    thanks for that we got a room in st christophers at the winston, pretty cheap for the two nights and it well located, thanks anyway

    Enjoy, bring plenty of Euros, Amsterdam aint cheap and thats before you get near the ladies.;-)
