iPhone or Samsung i600 ?

    Hi,

Looking for any info/advice from users who might be familiar with both. The iPhone I think wins for web browsing, but I really like the full keyboard of the i600, plus the i600 also has 3G. I'll be using it for phone/text/email and some browsing (checking things on the road) from time to time. Push email is an attraction of the i600. Obviously the i600's screen wont be up to much in the browsing stakes, but I think WM6's browser shouldn't be all that bad ? again, the presence of the keyboard is pushing me towards the i600, as I'm not all that sure about the iphone's virtual keyboard?

    Cheers,
    -fm

samsung's i600 is not that bad. Only thing is...

it's not easy to use when it comes to connecting thru wifi lots of buttons to flick to connect via wifi. Buttons are quite small to type it's like the size of candy mints. As what I experienced in using WM, if I'm accessing my yahoo mail, i cant hit the reply button, forward button and the likes. (Had the same experience when I was using O2 XDA exec and now the samsung i600) but when i'm using symbian OS I could hit those buttons alright.

On the lighter side.... Speed wise it is really fast once ur using 3G connection. Small and really sturdy. Mince didnt come with msn messenger which is a bum :( but it is unique and nice. 3G is really a plus!

I would suggest as well to check SE P1, SE P990i and Nokia E61i. Good luck! :)

I got the I600 and think so far that it is great. I got one from amazon for 130euros all in and managed to debrand it and upgrade it to wm6.

Its a cheap way to go if u want a full qwerty keyboard and wifi. There are insturcions here for how to debrand it which worked for me
