2:35 Bonnie Rock E/W 40/1

3:10 Mister McGoldrick E/W 25/1

3:45 Mighty Matters E/W 16/1

4:20 Captain Cee Bee Win 11/10

4:55 Alderburn E/W 10/1

5:30 Zarinava Win 5/1

14:00 Albertas Run- Win- Won really well at Cheltenham and looks a really good horse, no newcomers really against him.

14:35 Tazbar- Win, Gone to Lunch E/W- Tazbar missed Cheltenham and was saved for this. Gone To Lunch didnt seem to like Cheltenham and a flatter track should suit him more.

15:10 Master Minded-Win (waste of time this race)

15:45 Pak Jak & Dunbrody Millar- E/W- Both course specialists which you need to be in this race, and over these fences. Dunbrody millar is a really nice e/w price.

16:20 Pierrot Lunaire- Win- Was close 2nd to Binocular when getting weight, however he will be recieving more weight from Captain Cee Bee this time, so should be able to overturn margins. Binocular has franked both of these forms.

16:55 Oedipe- E/W Didnt run well at Cheltenham and prefers flat tracks.

17:30 Over Sixty- E/W In his last race was going well when faded into 5th. Flat track wont take as much out of him and could go close.

As usual changed me mind when came to putting money down, so here are the final selections, more than likely none wil come in but sure hey, keeps me distracted from work for an afternoon.

Roll Along started to run on again really well, he needs a 3m 4f race.

change of tactics for Gone to Lunch seemed to do the trick, got much closer but only 2nd. I did tip him e/w though as thought one might get him.

Tazbar ran terrible, maybe didnt like the distance as this was another step up in distance.

Of course, if I stick say 100 at 1.4 I got 40 back, the horse is almost certainly not going to finish outside the places (thats my measure of a worthwhile serious bet) so its low risk stuff.

cant at those odds, have a reverse forecast done with tamarinbleu and masterminded and tamarinbleu EW. never liked Voy though will probably sting me again like last year at Chelt when i had Well Chief backed to the balls, though him falling at the 2nd didnt help.

Also PF Nicholls has managed to get 2 crack chasers beaten in 2 days, not cool imo.
He loves stepping horses up in distance for no good reason, just accept some horses are 2 milers please!!!!!!!

good man,nice call m8.was in the bookies stuck a few quid ew on alderburn and was gonna put 3 euro ew on oedipe,but decided against because did,nt wanna put bets on 2 horses in the one race.


pity i did,nt now would have got paid for a place and winner,ah well least i got few quid from alderburn.

had alderburn backed ew in the 4:55 race at aintree,when i use the paddypower calculator should i place him in the ew 1/3 when i,m calculating the bet?

or do i place him in the ew 1/4 ?

had 20 euros ew on alderburn @ 10/1 he finished 3rd.
