46" Plasma X-Sustainer or X-Scan board (Vizio P46)

I've noticed that many manufacturers use the same board, if not slightly modified.

Who makes these boards? Are there any schematics available for repair technicians?

I have searched and searched and there seems very little technical details on these parts. There are general service repair manuals on the TV itself, but not too many details on the sustainer/scan boards.

I am diagnosing a 46" Vizio with a problem in the X-Sustainer board. 2 of the 12 IRFP460A MOSFETS have blown (shorted gate to drain). In the process a good portion of the driver circuit was destroyed, including the IR3112S driver chip, boot strap diode(s), and several 3/4-1W SMD resistors. These are easily replaced, but I am concerned about a voltage reading I am getting at VXG-VXDD (J7 connector). One repair manual states that these pins should read around 70V. I am reading 165V! What is VXDD? Is this sounding like a supply problem? Is the lack of MOSFET driver circuit allowing a higher potential to be read?

I have replacement parts available, but do not want them to blow immediately after installation.

Are there any techs that can answer these questions or point me in the right direction?

    Thanks! :)

    P
