P*ssed at Philips Streamium and Dixons

Hey (I dont think I have ever posted in here)

Last christmas I bought my sister a philips streamium WACS7000 from Dixons in the Jervis centre as a christmas present, now she didnt open the thing at the time because she was in the process of moving house and didnt want to take it out until she has moved into her new home.

Well she moved in last weekend and she took the system out and set it up.

First problem she found was that it supported neither her Mac or Itunes in any form

Which might have been ok because it comes with a Ipod dockso she could use her Ipod to play the music.

    Buuut.

It doesnt support her Ipod video, only Ipod shuffle.

Dixons told me when I bought it that it supported Ipods, I made it very clear that this was a gift to someone who has an Ipod and a Mac and they told me it was no problem.

So I am p*ssed at them.

But it was a christmas present and I've had a pretty bad record with christmas presents and my family (I have screwed up more times then I have succeeded) I really want to find a way for this to work.

Is there a 3rd party dock I can buy that will allow her ipod to work with it? As far as I know the mac/itunes route is completely out according to most help sites I have visited.
