Bluetooth mic only

Hi there Does anyone know whether I can still have audio through speakers if I use a bluetooth headset.(earphone & mic) As in can I use this for mic only? ~Or has anyone heard of a bluetooth mic.. can't seem to track one down. Thanks Polly
