hi i recently discoverd the x box 360 rip off as i was a victim,red circle flashing
no joy from micro soft,so im stuck with a worthless peice of ****e worth 500 euro, ah well ye live and learn,im back to useing my ps 2 i was just wondering has any1 got a heads up when they will stop making ps2 games as it will be a while b4 i can afford a ps3,:D

Still selling brand new consoles, so I'd imagine it will a while yet.
Can you not avail o the extended M$ warranty for the RROD? They give 3 years now, don't they?

Until they stop making money which will be never really haha. People who cant afford ps3 will keep buying ps2 games

nah i was 1 of the first to get one they only gave me a 6 mth warrenty,micro soft didnt want to know,i was being charged 130 euro to fix it,i ended up selling it for 250,i really couldnt be arsed with the x box,the range of games is ****e not unless ur into platforms,then there,s the rip off online prices,i swayed from playstation for a while,i wont be doing that again,i just think sony,s better value,and they look after there customers,ask any pc gamer what they think of micro soft,they just think up many ways to screw you,i guess thats why bill gates is one of the richist men in the world,how does he sleep at night,.......very well i guess

Corporations, schmorporations. If you find Sony are giving you a better deal, good for you stick with them. Don't fool yourself into thinking they look after their customers any more than Microsoft. You just fell into the % of customers Microsoft treated bad and the % Sony treated good. As long as you have money and are willing to pay, they'll both treat you well. Same as any conglomerate.

No 360 in the world is out of warranty until November of this year. And if you were charged before the 3 yr warranty came into effect MS refunded all the people they charged plus gave them free Live subs for a few months.

I don't see where your going though with the range of games though, the 360 has over 300 vs what around 100+ for the PS3 because it was later on the market plus most of the quality games are cross platform anyways.

Someone has a chip with MS I see, even though it's Sony that screw the EU the most with prices and release dates and yet we still go and buy their stuff, me included.
