xbox 360 flashing question (for people with two consoles)

Im just curious I have one 360 flashed and the other non flashed for playing on xbox live cause I dont want to get my console banned! Im curious if I could use the same HDD and profile on the two console so I can still gain achievements and keep saved games etc etc Obviously I could check myself by doing it but I dont have…
