GeForce 7900GT and dual-monitor config

    Hey Guys,

I have, up until today, been using an XFX GeForce 7900GT card with a 17" monitor with VGA output. The card has two DVI output ports, so there is a provided VGA/DVI adapter required. I now have a 19" monitor with DVI, which I've switched to.

My question is this: is it possible to use both a DVI & VGA monitor with the card simultaneously or will there be performance issues (or worse) ?

Yeah, it's possible, I've done it with my 7900GS, no issues that I recall.

I remember a performance hit with a previous card using TV-out and VGA, but I don't think there was any big hit with DVI+VGA on the 7900GS... I suppose you could run 3dmark before and after.
