New Game Advice

Ok Gonna buy a new ps3 game but stuck on either Viking : Battle for Asgard and Dark Sector
Anyone tell me which is better or if better off buying another game

I currently have:

Rainbow 6 Vegas 2
Warhawk
Uncharted
Kane and Lynch
Army of Two
Lego Star Wars
Assassins Creed
Lair

I don't see COD4 on that list. There is a reason everybody is talking about it!

If it is not your cup of tea, I would suggest GT5:Prologue or Oblivion.

No, have COD4 on pc so not buying it again lol
Not interested in Racing or sports games tbh

Of the games you've mentioned, Vikings looks like you're best option. Don't know enough about them to comment fully.

i have viking battle for asgard and just got it 2 days ago and ffor the first hour was just getting use to the game..at the start the game is rubbish as you dont have a notion what your at (well me anyways)..then as the game progresses and you figure out what your at the joypad is hard to drop untill you get stuck...i have been playing it for about 7hrs now and have only saved the first world (or whatever its called lol)..for 2 of those hours i was wandering about not knowing what to do..i dont know what dark sector is like but i think viking is a very good game...

I'd suggest Heavenly Sword rather than those games. It's short but great while it lasts.

My number one recommendation would be Burnout Paradise, even if you say you don't like racing games I'd be amazed if you didn't like it, because it puts fun above all else.

i got a loan of heavenly sword and its a great game but only takes 6hrs to finish so if you want it just rent it for a few days..

Viking has the poorest rating of all on Gamespot at 5, I just noticed. Oblivion the highest at 9.5. Mind you consider how generous they were to PES 2008 and bad to Jericho, I may read my reviews elsewhere.

whiterebel completely agree cant follow gamespots reviews anymore after the whole jeff gerstmann thing i became less interested in gamespot there reviews are more sloppy and becoming later each time i prefere ign or gametrailers now tbh

how about condemned 2 ?

i have been playing it most of the day and it's just as good as the first one , highly recommend it.
