    Looks like ill be here for the next few weeks, is there much to do in the evenings, swimming pool, cinema, anything like that?

    Is traffic bad in new ross, are the scobes plentiful and belligerent?

    There is a Swimming Pool of course, a public one 25m x 9m.

    Also there is a fantastic spa/gym in the Brandon House Hotel that you can use - definitely to be recommended.

    Sometimes there are shows or film screenings in the Theatre - its open most days so you could drop in to see whats on.

    Also suggest (if you are driving) a trip out to Inistioge, its about 10km away on the Kilkenny Road.

    For the more sedate type there is Kennedy Park and the viewing point opposite is nice.

    Erm... what else...

    head out towards Hook Head some great views and beaches out around there, thats if your driving of course. If not mmmm...!

    what did you do that your going to be in new ross for a few weeks. i can only assume its a bet or some cruel and unusual punishment for murder or something.

    if your looking for something to do maybe you could get assaulted or break a few windows.

    I think New Ross is fantastic. It was just uunbelievable the amount of boldness we got up to there in my youth.

    Id say i did the bold thing with more women in New Ross than I had hot dinners. Til i got some sense that is :)

    PS. Sorry if anyones sister lives in New Ross and is looking for the guy that did the deed and left her with a bun about 20 years ago. That one wasnt me :)

    Yep,
    Meet them in the Rag. Ask them if they are from New Ross. If they say no then move on to the next one. If they say yes Bobs your uncle. Into Tony two chips in the penguin for a bag of chips and then off down the rag alley or the back of the youth center.

    New Ross Girls are so easy. Bag of chips and a warm alley :)
