Hello.. Just need some advice?

When you clear your internet files in Firefox and Safari. Do they appear in any other part of the Mac?

Just wana sell on, but dont want any hidden files etc.

You can set firefox to clear your history files upon quit in case you might be browsing some innapropriate websites ;-)

Also you can turn on private browsing in safari.

Well since you're selling your mac, if you want to be really secure best to just do a clean install.

Best option. And use Disk Utility to erase the free space on the hard drive.

cheers guys :pac: will sort it later, just wasnt sure if when internet is set to private and when i clear everything after firefox, no one else can find them in some folder somewhere..
