Perfect spine of navs

    hi ppl! anyone know what the perfect spine for navs for a set up at 40-42 pounds and arrows at 29.5 inches is???

    Ha! Sorry excuse my laugh but that is almost exactly the Nav set up I am using.
    540 spine Navs with 120 grain break-off points will suit 29.5" at 42lbs fairly bang on, if not a littel stiff, which being a bit stiff is always better than being a bit to soft! If your still unsure check out the quicks arow spine chart on there website!

    If you are getting x10s then why are you asking about navs? But yeah the quicks chart says between 540-610 for navs at your poundage and arrow lenght, its kinda then down to bow speed, point weight and of course every archers good old friend, personal preferance!

    The chart isn't exactly perfect. Some people recommend selecting one group stiffer than the ones you get on the chart.
