Synopsis

It is an absolutely phenomenal show.. best watched in bulk!

It's a show I never liked until I saw a load of episodes.. then you get the in-jokes and references to past episodes - it really is one of the most intelligent comedies and witty ever aired.

Couldnt agree more, fantastic show. I'm only missing one series but i'm still tempted to buy this whole lot. Why i have no idea...

I wholeheartedly agree. This show is amazing. Once you watch them in sequence you will really appreciate jokes from past episodes and even past seasons which keep popping up... these pretzels... are making me thirsty!

Ah no.. I was in the same boat as you until I watched a few episodes. Turned me right around.. one of the best comedies (i'd still rank 'Spaced' higher though)

I paid €154 for the fridge edition of this back in january. €50 for a box shaped like a fridge and 5 fridge magnets. What a bargain that was!!

Very tempting indeed! I wonder what the book that comes with the boxset is like. If it's anything like the book about the Curb Your Enthusiasm book it will be a good read.

I lodged €150 into my Wirecard today.. and if it's still this price when it shows up in my account, i'll buy it.

But i'm apprehensive to buy boxsets from Amazon as stuff is always coming down lower and lower (like in a month or two).'

THe book that comes with this is a 226 page hardback with a synposis for every episode along with quotes and pages of seinfeld facts. It is very well done. In fact the entire packaging is excellent and makes this set a huge bargain. Of course it doesnt have the fridge packaging with the fridge magnets that was well worth an extra €50. Honest.

Glad to hear the book is good, even more tempting now, feck it, what to do.

At least we can use the extra €50 we are saving to put towards buying a real fridge!

I bought it, went through to the checkout and it ended up at £84.62. According to xe.com its over €108, more when the credit card company add exchange fees. Still not a bad price.

That is weird as there's been a few times i've ordered from Amazon that the price on that page was the price I paid for it!

And it also seems very odd that you never know the true price of the item (with postage) until you actually finish paying for it - as the page after the one above is 'credit card details' and does not give a new price anywhere there!

I received this yesterday. I wasn't expecting the actual box to be so big. I thought it was going to be the size of a regular dvd box. Anyway it's extremely well put together, the book is very good also. Only got time yesterday to watch one episodde, the pilot episode. This boxset will be handy for when there is nothing on the tv.
