Has anyone ever used CRW-Airsoft. I ordered something off them a few days ago but have since been unable to contact them by email or by phone. Just wondering are they usually hard to get hold of.

I just did a search and their name came up in a few forums.

Nothing good or bad to say about them,

Seems they are very new.

As yet I have still been unable to contact them so I would advise people to stay away from them for now. I will let you know how it fares out, hopefully positively.
Do I have any means of getting my money back through paypal if things dont work out?

Yes, you can lodge a dispute. You need to do it before a certain time period has expired though, or they wont entertain you. I think it might be 30 days, but you'll find more information in your Paypal account. I think its under "Dispute Resolution".

If its only been a few days though, give them some time - they may be snowed under. I can sympathise

Eddie from CRW has finally been in contact with me, he seems apologetic. He said their system was getting a bit of an overhaul and their emails were somehow not getting through. He has offered me a free magazine with my next purchase as an apology. He seems genuine, I have recieved 3 emails from him in the last few hours, maybe it was just a mix up. In his defence, the reason I chose to buy from him was becuase of his prompt replies to my emails, I even got a reply from his iphone at one stage. I was waiting days for other companies to reply.

Eddie has been in contact with me a few more times, my emails from the past few days seem to be landing into his inbox now as he is responding to different emails each time so I think the system down story is true and they do deserve the benefit of the doubt. As I said his response to emails was the best I had from any company and his prices are as good as I saw anywhere, better than most. This does seem to be a case of bad timing all round, if I hadent looked for a refund straight away and wasent constantly checking for a reply so I could buy my aeg elsewhere, this situation would never have arisen.
I would like to state that I think CRW-Airsoft are probably a decent company and Eddie seems to be a fairly nice guy. I make no apologies for being worried about my money but I think this may have been a misunderstanding.

I think its longer if its an eBay seller, alright.
