Hi lads we are just about to build a house in Co Waterford. Waiting for planning permission. Hope to be starting in June. We are going direct labour but we have not got a clue about anything. Would appreciate all the tips ye can manage.ie at what stages do we go about looking for tradesmen etc............HELP:confused:

You will probably have an idea after reading this No extra charge for the built in "differences"

Have a look at the stickies on the front page and trawl back through some of the threads.

Good luck with it.
