Heating a new extension

Hi Everyone. Before I ask a question I just want to say that this is a fantastic forum and has been a great help to me over the last few months.

I am currently building a two storey extension on to a 1920s stone cottage in West Wicklow. The original cottage has radiators and a hot water tank which are working off a solid fuel Stanley Stove.
I would like to put UFH into the new (build running off oil or wood pellets) and would also like to incorporate solar panels in the whole system.
Eventually when I have the money I would like to replace the rads in the old cottage with UFH but for now would like to run both the UFH and rads off the new system.
What is the best system/company out there who could help me with this?

Sorry for the long and hopefully not too confusing post....

I wish you luck. We tried the same thing about four years ago and we were told it couldn't be done - new floor too far from boiler, problems with two zones working at different times and different temperatures etc. etc. Ended up with electric underfloor which I do Not recommend - running costs too high, room warm in morning when no one is at home. Be careful with SEI list of installers - being on the list is no guarantee of the quality of their work.
