    1. Regarding your weight: Protein Shakes, healthy diet and lots of exercise
    2. Regarding your skin: The above will also sole this problem!:)

    Hi Op

Whilst I personally have never been thin/thin, when I read your post I was reminded of my brother, by any chance are you growing rapidly, I ask because my brother grew from around 5ft 6 at age 15 to 6ft by the time he was 16, plus nearly every month his feet got bigger, I guess what I am trying to say is that due to the fact you are undergoing huge growth and change this may account for your temporary thinness and lack of colour, that is all your body's energy is focused on growth. Now you can also boost this by ensuring you eat a healthy diet, packed with lots of fruit/veg and protein based foods (eg: eggs/fish/meat) I wouldn't worry about being thin at the moment if you remain thin as you get older then it may be a problem, but you are undergoing huge changes so see how it pans out.

skin color is easilly fixed with a bit of sunshine and we're coming into the season for it. Beyond that your diet also affects skin pigmentation so red meat and veg is a good idea. Carrots especially.

Be happy your thin. Some people would kill for that kind of metabolism ;) but go ahead and use that as an excuse to eat a lot to offset your paleness.

edit: paleness is just a sign of a good nerd. chicks dig nerds.

Eat food with loads of protein. Join a gym and ask an instructor about a suitable body building program for a boy of your age. Loads of teenage boys have your problem. A friend of mine was the exact same when he was younger. He joined a gym when he was 16 and is has a very buff physique now. Another exercise good for building muscle is boxing/kick-boxing.

If you're pale try to get some sunlight everyday, even if it's cloudy. Don't just go straight from school to home and stay in watching tv. Get at least a half hour of sunlight every day.

Try the Fitness forum regarding the weight gain. They will give you good advice if you post up a diet and and exercise you do. Although I wouldn't worry about it too much, you could just have a strong metabolism, this normally slows down as you get older and you will naturally start to put on weight. I would recommend joining a gym and then posting in the fitness forum for adive on how to start off.

Cant really comment on the skin colouring but again I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just try get some sun (may not be possibel in ireland). Most gyms have sunbeds if you want to go down that route, but make sure you read up about it first.
