ok its my first time posting over here in motors so hope this is the right place to put this!

i drive a 01 ford mondeo hatch back bought it second hand.

wheni open the boot after heavy rain or accelerate quickly after heavy rain there seems to be water dripping down on to the parcel shelf and back seat!:(

it appears to be coming from the brake light at the top of the window:confused:

does anyone know how to fix this or anyone Know where the water is getting in?

    any help is much appreciated!

You could start by getting a silicone gun and sealing behind the brake light. I had to read your post twice as I had this problem with the front of a mondeo.
