Firefox Problem

    Hi lads, havin a bit of trouble with ff here. When opened nothing happens but the task manager lists it with a cpu clock of between 56-60 and the performance goes up to 100%! Also if i try open it again without terminating the first ff process more just pop up in the process list (ie if i double click 4 times 4 more ff's appear in the list)

    I have tried re-installing but it is still the same, its also not a security flaw as even when i take everything off it still happens.

    Anyone any ideas? (Im using ie to post this and it feels dirty and wrong, and not in the good ways)

    Tried that same thing, now its working again but the cpu usage is way over what it normally is. Usually it would be less then 10% but its jumping between 28 - 51% :confused::confused:

    Have you created a new profile? What extensions have you got?
