Ok so i was a teenager when these things were thrust upon society so i didnt get sucked into it but apparantely they are retro toys now

I was watching a clip about the show last night, seemingly the monster/robot footage was actually from a totally different japanese show. (hence why it always looked different and less quality) Those scenes were intercut with new scenes filmed specifically shot as power rangers for US audiences.

You learn something new every day i guess. mostly useless stuff!

A long long time ago I was working in Quinnsworth/Tesco Toy Dept.
The Power Ranger Toys were very popular.
The White Power Ranger Everyone wanted.
Problem was per every box of 25 figures there was only 1 white one.
People went Nuts looking for one.

Thats called a chase figure in toy nerd circles.

If you want to learn more about the history of Power Rangers Faceman, I would suggest doing a search for "sentai" shows on your googlenets, it's quite a fascinating sub genre of Japanese television.

I wanted the White Ranger Tigerzord and I got the White Ranger Tigerzord. I was happy as **** for 6 months in 1994.

Sadly the White Ranger figure came with a plastic sword and a gold shield that was around his torso: I lost both during a flight from Seattle to Dallas. Gutwrenched.

please edit the thread title to change Morphing to Morphin' as well. Thanks.
