As per thread title, do you? I've never seen anyone buy it, I've never seen a copy in a person's house or a doctor's waiting room (for instance) but I get the impression people do. Also what's it like to read?

do you mean the UK Big Issue, which isn't sold here in Ireland, or Ireland's Issue, which seems to be the equivalent here?

You'd imagine what with this being Ireland and all he means the Irish issue

    "Knock knock"
    "Who's there?"
    "Biggish"

(i think you can fill in the ending)

I've only ever heard it called the big issue, including by the sellers, if you want to call it ireland's issue that's fine.

I always thought the Irish version was called 'The Big Issues', as a very subtle way of differentiating it from the UK's 'The Big Issue' (perhaps done for copyright reasons).

Never heard it being called Ireland's Issues or Irish Issues or anything like that.

I have a copy of it in my office somewhere. Maybe you should look at the title next time you buy it.

In all fairness, maybe the sellers do call it the Big Issues or Big Issue.

    Whatever.

Wha? I thought it was fairly clear I have never bought a copy. I don't know exactly what the name is, and I don't care so long as people know what magazine I'm talking about. You're the one that brought the thread off topic, now you are complaining about it?Can you get back to the questions in the first post now?

Bought it once years and years ago off an ol fella in grafton street at about 2 am after a nite out! How much do the sellers get for selling it.

PS never heard of "Irelands Issue":D
