Primary Schools Database

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can tell me where I could get an up-to-date full database list of all schools in the country. I actually need both primary and secondary databases but if anyone could even point me in the right direction for the primary list that would be great!

Im an Education Officer in a Museum and I want to update our current database of schools across the country so that I can invite teachers to visit the Museum, tell them what we offer school groups, etc.

Similar query to the above, but I'm looking for email addresses for primary and secondary schools, anyone any ideas where I could get this

There most likely is not one as schools do not have official e-mail addressess and some have none.
