We all know that annoying music that plays down the phone while you are waiting to get connected to an operator, but what departments/businesses/companies are the biggest culprits? Let's try and compile a good list and vent our frustrations! e.g. 1. Eircom 12mins

Sky win this one hands down. 57mins i was on hold one day. The only reason i stayed on hold was so i could eventually have a go at someone over making me wait that long. But then my credit ran out.
