Happening way too often, but i'm sure they are aware of that.

    Anyone in a MTT?

What alternatives are there? New to this online lark. I see from the ipoker site that lots of the main names use the ipoker system.

Question for all the ipoker "experts"

I'm pretty new to ipoker so I'm not sure how this breakdown system works. As I said above, I was in 3 tourneys that all crashed, I was entered for the 22.15pm freeze-out. That has now popped up and is playing fine at the moment. How do we find out what happens the other 3 tourneys?

    Interrupted tournament policy

    MTT Guaranteed Prize

The settlement is dependant upon what stage the tournament is at when it is interrupted:

Prize money stage not reached (if the tournament is still in the re–buy stage then the prize pool will be the total of the buy–ins + add–ons . Once the re–buy period has closed then the prize pool will be the advertised guaranteed prize).

Eliminated players do not receive a refund
Remaining players receive a refund made up as follows:
    Buy–in(s) and fee returned
The balance of the prize fund is paid out as follows:
50% of the fund shared equally among the remaining players
50% distributed proportionally in line with the players chip counts.

Prize money stage has been reached
Eliminated players do not receive a refund
Remaining players receive a refund made up as follows:
    Buy–in(s) and fee returned
Each player is awarded an amount equal to the prize that the next eliminated player would have received if the tournament was not interrupted.
Of the remaining prize pool 50% is distributed equally among the players and 50% is distributed in proportion to their chip counts

iPoker is fine, it's a problem at your end. If a few of you have the same problem, it's just a coincidence.

damn i poker... last night was not nice....

goes as follows.... my mate is up from galway..... i reg him for tourney... were going to SE game and he is still in so he decides all in every hand and does that until he is chip leader by a mile... we then left and I left my better half in the tourney.....

she rings me in the SE and tells me in excitement that she jut won a big hand all in with KK and made a straight in another hand and got paid... no doubt due to image created earlier... I was delighted for her and glad she was getting a bit of fun out of it...

then she rings me to tell me that the screen is frozen and I lol and tell her she is on a break???? NOOOOOO FOOKIN I-POKER adn it's usual antics.....

btw smae happened a few weeks ago and I never got a refund of my buy in even... must chase that one as well....

    damn them......

Here's a crazy idea, why don't they warn people when logging in that maintenance is being carried out and the conncection might drop instead of ****ing people over in big pots and tournies. Not to mention the amount that i've tilted off because of the ****ty customer service. ARGH.
