Need music organiser software

Didn't really know where to put this so I'll throw it in here.

So I had an old creative zen plugged into my xbox 360 with all my music on it. This all worked fine, but I've since bought an external hard drive for music + videos for the xbox.

Hard drive has to be formatted to fat32 for xbox to recognise it (don't know if this makes a difference). So when I turn it on I can see all the music fine but the xbox does not recognise the tags. I have all the music in folders so it's not a giant mess but every album plays in alphabetical order now which is very annoying. I need software to read the tags off the files and the rewrite the filename according to the track number. So track #1 - song.mp3, would be 01 - song.mp3. Obviously I don't need the tags changed because they're already correct, just the actual file name.

Is there anything out there that can do this? I've over 10'000 songs, don't fancy doing it myself.

    Foobar2000 can do this.

Also, Tag&Rename, but that'll cost you.
