Seized Engine - What to do?

The ex had a loan of a car of mine, but she basically forgot to put oil in it, so the engine seized up. Its beyond mechanical repair, but is an older car , 98 fiesta, so its not worth my while replacing the engine. Just wondering what my options are getting rid of it, and how to get rid of it.

Dealing with the scrap yards, would they tow it away, and take the car foc?
Or am I going to have to pay someone to do this?

    Thanks
