A friend of mine who is not an Irish national is married to a financially influential Irish man. Unfortunately not going into to much detail, the marriage has turned nasty. She has no financial backing and he has threatened to remove the children of the marriage from her care. She has contacted various organisations who have fobbed her off. All she needs is a push in the right direction to find out what her rights are if she has any!She feels the marriage is not good for the children and wants to resolve the situation in a way that will suit all parties involved. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I appologise if i have posted in the wrong place
    Thanks
