Hi there, Me and my Family we immigrated to Ireland, we have been living here over a year and a half. We are coming from a country within the EU. My kids passports will expire this August now my question is the following Are they entitled to an Irish passports? Regards Zeppi

No, non Irish born nationals (with no Irish "blood") have to be resident here 5 years before being allowed to apply for Irish citizenship
