I've heard Cafe Goa on the key is quite nice. Worth a go.

Yuen Thai in Ballinakill shopping centre is good if you're over the east side of town.

sure that place might as well be advertised as a chinese take away, nearly everything on the menu is the same as that on a chinese take away menu, saying that, the food from there is supposed to be fantastic.

Cafe Goa is indeed very nice, but they serve Indian food - not Thai.
