Dexter season three is expected to begin airing on Showtime sometime around September 30th, 2008…but keep an eye on the torrent sites for pre-air leaks, in the weeks (months?) before this.

Yeah that happened with jericho too but then i had to wait very impatiently for the 4th episode to come out haha

yeah that was the absolute worst bit, while everyone else was enjoying fresh new dexter you had to wait an extra 3 weeks for new lovelyness

The showtime website has a trailer for Season 3 and has the start date as September 28th, so not too long now . There's a fourth book coming out too although it looks like it's 6 months away.

Yeah the third book wasn't the best, it all got a bit weird, hopefully the third series isn't gona take too much from it, doesn't look like it though

added spoiler tags. not a huge spoiler but for people , like me, who follow the series but havent read the books, it may take away from any suprises the writers have planned. but, yes, I think you are right. it would change the flavour of the show dramatically if they follow that line.

Oo, now I don't know if there's a way they could pull that off in the show as it is. Although, that trailer could slightly maybe be a tiny bit construed in that line? "belief in a higher power" etc?
