Use Netopia as a router: Ethernet LAN to Ethernet WAN

The Eircom Netopia routers can of course perform routing from the Ethernet switch to the DSL phone socket, but is there any way to get them to perform routing from one Ethernet port to another?

Alternatively, could someone please point me to a cheap product on eBay that can perform routing from on Ethernet port to another?

    This is a strange post!

What are you trying to do? Do you want to have two (or more) ports on the switch assigned to different VLANs and route between them?

I doubt you'd be able to do this with standard Netopia firmware. You could look for a router marketed at cable users - these usually have an ethernet WAN port.
