Looking for Advice on Antec Quattro 850W or Thermaltake Toughpower 750

I need to change my PSU as I think my present one is faulty. I am looking for advice from anybody who has had experience with either the
    Antec TruePower Quattro 850W 80PLUShttp://www.misco.ie/productinformation/~Q113431~WW~/ANTEC%20PSU/TruePower%20Quattro%20850W.htm
    or the
    Thermaltake Toughpower 750 http://www.thermaltake.com/product/Power/ToughPower/W0116/w0116.asp

I will be using the PC for some gaming and I am just starting to get to grips with overclocking but I am also looking for some Low-noise PSU and this is where I'm trying to look for a balance. The Antec Quattro seems more value for money with two 6 pin PCI Express and two 8 pin PCI Express for future upgrades while the Thermaltake has two 6 pin and only one 8 pin.
The Antec seems to be recommended more in most reviews but for Noise levels the Antec has an 80mm fan while the Thermaltake has a 140mm fan. I'm guessing the 140mm fan is less noisey than the 80mm.
I'm agonnising over this because of my faulty PSU so this time I want to get it right. Any help would be much appreciated.
    Thanx

It was Custom PC that made me consider The Antec Quattro. Do you know what kind of compatibility issues?

I wanted to buy one but here someone linked me to site complaining about the early 8800 series and how the Quattro seems to always be runing at 100% or something..
