    The next installement of the popular EFR pro/am series will take place in The George,Ballymena,co.Antrim on sunday april 20th

    This is a great way for all mma competitors to gain experience,all levels catered for from D Class amateur up to A class pro

    we are having a C Class 4 man welterweight championship tournament,am particuarily interested in another welterweight for this,if you have fought pro rules you cannot fight for this belt.

    The main event at this show will be a welterweight A Class pro fight between MARK 'MANSLAUGHTER' O'TOOLE and MARK PALMER
    Mark O'Toole has become a firm favourite on UK promotion Cagewarriors FC,while Mark Palmer is on the comeback trail recently winning at EFR and has fought in the UK as well as on UFN.
