Error Code for Saeco Talea Ring Plus

I have the Talea Ring Plus and it has been working fine until this morning when I get an Out of Service Code 1 message on the display. I had a cup of coffee first thing an it worked fine, and an hour later the code pops up. The manual says restart - turn off machine, wait 30 secs and turn back on! Have done that ten times…
