    Hi Folks,

My dad let his subscription to Sky run out a few months back. He still uses it to watch free channels like BBC.

The question is, can he subscribe to Setanta without having to re-subscribe to Sky?

    Thanks in advance.

Yes he can. I did it through www.setanta.com

Use the number on the old Sky card.

Cheers Mossy. I called Sky on his behalf earlier and asked if he would now be considered as a new customer. He stopped subscribing over a year ago and is interested in a Sky+ box. They said no. He won't pay the full installation cost.
