One has to wonder what Denis O'Brien is playing at? He's spending a lot of money if he's just playing with the INM board. TBH I doubt if the competition authority would allow him to take over INM (well at least the Irish businesses) and I can't imagine him having any great stomack for it's assets abroad. Any comments?

sounds like an ego thing, both can now block the other, they wont cooperate, so there is no point in trying to take outright control of the company
