Can anyone help with the following Sky viewing problems that seem to have started happening over recent months.
I can get channel 4 but not channel 4 + 1 which has no sound and the picture appears scrambled.
Also a number of music channels that were there some months ago now have the same problem - no sound and scrambled picture.

    Many thanks

i had the same problem with C4 +1 and some some music channels until recently. Seemed like it was a weak signal, but turned out to be interference from my dect phone, after plugging it out got a crystal clear picture on all affected channels.
Hopefully that'll solve it for ya

This was what I had too, moved the DECT base to another room, and issue went away. having the phone in the room, doesn't cause a problem, just the base station.

    Spot on CC.

Turned the dect phone off an all was well.
I'll try locating the base somwhere else over the weekend.

Many thanks, I would have tried everything else before I went for the phone.

It may not apply in your case but this is a classic example of not using properly screened satellite cable from lnb to reciever.
