hi again guys just wondering do any of you use the sigma 70-200mm f2.8 macro ?? and what do you think of it?? im on the eve of buying one and just looking to see what people think of it il be taking alot of photo's of sports at night how dose it compare to say the canon 70-200 f2.8 ? cheers

The Sigma is a bit warmer in colour cast and not built as well as the Canon but otherwise an excellent lens.

+1 For excellent lens. I got mine at christmas and every soccer match I've been to since I've gotten really nice sharp pics from.

Can't comment on the 70-200mm, but I got a Sigma 50-150mm 2.8 EX recently and I'd say the same as has been said about the 70-200mm above. Razor sharp, very warm, however, I think the build quality is great.
My problem with it is that it is warmer than I would like.
