Seems the missing 3 eps won't be made ,, instead they will
just make the 5 left more "compact" less filler i guess ...

The 3 episodes will be picked up down the road. I think the plan is to add an hour on to the 5th and 6th season finales and maybe a 2 hour premiere somewhere.

Based on the premise that each episode revolves around 1 characters back/future story I dont see how 'regularly scheduled' ones could be moved into extended finales. It would work I guess with a double episode premiere.

    .........
The dynamic duo of Horowitz and Kitsis talked with SciFI Wire about the missing three episodes of season 4. In the article, Kitsis suggested the follow:

"I have a feeling it will mean more, like, two-hour shows as opposed to more episodes, but those are decisions above our pay grade."

This would be an awesome idea. If you think about it, two hour premiers for seasons 5 and 6, along with a three part series finale would be a win win for fans. Read the full article for more of Eddy and Adam's words of wisdom.

This is the ABC schedule for the rest of the season:

    4x09 - 24th April
    4x10 - 1st May
    4x11 - 8th May
    4x12 - 15th May - Finale Part 1
    4x13 - 22nd May - Finale Part 2

I think it could be a blessing in disguise. A three-part finale or a couple of two-part premiers would be great. It might also mean, as the OP said, more compact and to-the-point episodes in the remainder of this season.

A 3-hour finale would be very cool but unlikely. There was a question mark over whether the 3/16 deal included even a 2-hour finale. It's only going to be 1 hour this year but that's been blamed on the strike and Grey's Anatomy's scheduling. The extra episodes should ensure a 2-hour finale next season however.
