I just posted on the site, If we dont take it seriously folks then no-one will care, Right!. Right, that's exactly what we do and just post on mcafee until they review it. Statistically they wont review it for another 2 years until 2010, bearing in mind they have another 108 milllion websites to review.

    * Note My review was a professional reflection of boards.ie.

No offence but why did you give boards a negative review because another user says it has an ad for a porn site? No other user reported the same ad so it could be that the user in question has a virus which if you read john macs edited post he says seems to be the case.

hey gang, was just checking a site today and thought i'd throw in boards and see if it was back as green, and saw this lovely review
THIS SITE IS BAD! Stay away - The site owner is a well known hacker. If you use trend micro you will know what im talking about. Run scans daily if you use this site.

    lol, wtf.
hats off to our "hacker" overlord

I admit that I have posted some beauts on McAfee site advisor although they were in good taste as they were true aswell as being humourous.
    TBH...
The owner of Boards.ie might well be an obsessed 'pervert justice' type tech head who tracks users IP address's.

I know from time to time that users and moderators can get carried away and call for blood with mods and users suggesting hacking 'some' users IP address and we all know efforts have been made to track 'some' users.

All website forums act like this. Lets not forget NSX NICK on the NSX forum. It makes users feel important and powerful to be able to track someone down. The internet is SERIOUS BUSINESS and being immature isnt tolerated.

Few people, do, actually read the Mcafee Site Advisor comments page by page, have you? ever actually read all the comments on a website before viewing it? Try!...Never.

It's yellow, but it is not the fault of people leaving comments.

I suggest writing to McAfee to try get rid of the yellow. I am going to leave a another of my very witty comments about how NSX NICK is the toast of the poker forums and while moderating feedback likes to pick up chicks on BOARDS.IE.
