Looking to get peoples opinion here...

I got a speeding ticket a couple of weeks back. I received the ticket in the post and went to pay it in the post office...The system they are using says I'm not on the National Drivers file..having looking at my drivers license since the license expired last August...

is there any way of fast tracking the application for a new license or am I up the creek on this one? what's the best approach to take here?

    Cheers.

The application for a new license generally only takes a few days. It sounds strange that you're not on file. I can't imagine that they simply dump a person's record once their license expires.

Go to the tax office and get the license renewed , should happen well within the 2 points period....
