    Hi All what do you think is the best I pod also If i buy in the states is there any problems with the old ntsc/pal thing or is that no longer an issue

    Though it depends on how much memory you need. are you using it for music, movies, etc. and how much?

    to OP, like said depends on your budget and purpose. if features all around with no money constraint - i assume it'd be ipod touch.

    Unless you're going for solid state storage I'd agree with this. The new Zune is a far better machine than the classic. And this is coming from someone who has had seven iPods.

    OP, are you dead set on getting an ipod or did you just use the term ipod to mean any mp3 player?

    Ditto to Cremos question...

    In relation to NTSC/PAL, it's a non issue nowadays.
