SKY Premier free yesterday

Hi I don't have the chorus movie pack so i never bothered to check the SKY movie channels. Yesterday evening while zapping I stumbled over SKY Premier - and it was not encrypted! Is it always free or just by mistake? Limerick city, Chorus MMDS

It's not free, but included. There are no free cable channels.

Like "Free minutes" on your phone. They are not free but included.
