    Ok im thinking of doing arts and then a h-dip.How hard is it to get a job in a secondry school after that?

    Thinkin off doing history and english

    Lots of History and English teachers out there. The biggest demand is for teachers in practical subjects.
    Very few teachers get jobs straight from college. Many have to go the substitute, part-time or contract route for years. See the Teaching and Lecturing forum for more.
