You have a few options:

- Maplin have a limited selection of scanners in stock
- CQ Communications on the quays in Dublin (very expensive though)
- Radio equipment dealers around the country (South East Comms is one http://www.sec.ie/)
- Online via eBay or similar
- Buy & Sell

I've dealt with all of the above. Seen JBT (below) at rallies. Might have bought a connector or something off him. Seemed similar priced to Gary in Waterford.
