Despite all the campaigns, I havn't a fcuking clue.

Have long been a bit messed up, very angry, attention span is sh1te.

Think I have add or something like aspergers, and have a bad temper and short fuse, get very frustrated, and also cant pay attention to what others say to me, just doesn't sink in.

Is it the doc I go to, do I just tell them this?

Or a councilor or specialist, I dunno.

A lovely symptom too is bad memory, to do with being told things, and forgetting, then getting angry when surprised by something I should have known.

Help appreciated, just a first step suggestion like who to talk to out of the above.

The first step is done, you've recognised the possibility that you need attention.

The first person you need to see is a GP.

I personally doont recommend the family GP, my reasons being, that thats where the records of your health are kept, and if you want a private consultation go to an new GP.

Talk to the GP, and if you are not entirely convinced or satisfied with the outcome i suggest a second consultation. The GP will then recommend you see a behavioural therapist or possible a Psycologist in order to determine and treat any possible issue you have.

Or you might get a direct referral to a psychiatrist depending on the severity of the symptoms etc.

OP: In all this stuff the hardest bit is the realisation that you need outside help which you've done.
