    From what I heard, he's now the Education Officer of USI... elect.

    For a more detailed post, Bartley Rock, present Education Officer of TCDSU, was deemed elected earlier on today in Bettytown, Co. Meath at USI's annual congress.

    For a yet more detailed post, David Curran was elected Deputy President (elect) which is bloody brilliant. I don't know any of the others but I do know that Ryan Griffin was no'd for Equality Officer.

    Shane Kelly (Waterford IT) was elected President and Anthony Muldoon (IADT Dun Laoighaire) was elected WElfare Officer.

    Thanks very much Myth! :D I'm in the "Wow" and "Holy Lord what Have I taken on?" phases but all in all, it feels pretty damn good. [nerd] I can't wait to push some of the QA, Bologna Proces and RGAM stuff I've been working on nationally [/nerd]

    Congress goes well otherwise. TCDSU are pretty damn organised and we've taken a very realistic stance on issues and there's pretty good participation from everyone (lots of first years speaking). Not everything has gone our way but that's life.
