    Hi,
I am travelling to Malta from 2nd to 16th August. Can anyone reccommend a dive centre & accommodation? We haven't decided yet what area to stay in so open to ideas.

If anyone has been do you think it will be too hot in August? Will we need to wear wetsuits?
    :D
    Cheers,
    Tom

    Hi Tom,

Just back from Malta myself, we used Maltaqua in St Pauls Bay for accomadation
and diving, we thought they were very good and very reasonable.
They will arrange to pick you up from the airport to your apartment you can hire all or some of your gear from them, they drive you to the dive sites, lead your dives, and drive you back to your apartment.

Ask for Antonio, he's the dogs !

    Rep.

There last year with Maltaqua, nice apartments and diving, did some very nice wrecks, checkout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCKm0VJFL9U for us diving the Blenhem Bomber, we found out afterwards that we couldnt dive the Tuna fishing pens, which where 800 yards away, as there was two Great Whites feeding there! I also had the pleasure of driving a rental car for the week and managed to blow a tire (roads are bad)and loose a wing mirror and tear a nasty dent along the side of the car with an arguement with the side of a parked truck:D

    Hi there

I have had the pleasure of diving with www.DiveWise.com.mt a british diving center on Malta.

Their service is top of the line, always on time for pickup, very friendly, good humor, and deep knowledge about the dive site, and about Malta.

If you take a look at my blog, you can see a posting about the last trip a few weeks ago.
